Class: Foreigner

(tl;dr at the bottom for people who don't want to read this / aren't as familiar with fate)

Strength: C
Endurance: A
Agility: C
Mana: ? (Unable to be quantified - constantly in flux)
Luck: C

Class Skills:

Existence Outside of the Domain (True) A - Unlike many Foreigners, which are human spirits that are merged or channeling a being from the void of outer space, Rahti is the being herself from a higher realm of existence and 'adopted' by beings closer to our own. The only reason the skill is not EX is because her mentality has been warped to that of an animal's due to the events that brought her here to our dimension in the first place.

Presence Concealment C~E - Her natural ability to camouflage herself as long as she takes in living tissue from a being is flawless, as she can imitate a species down to the smallest detail and be perfectly natural, giving off no indication of being a Servant. However, her inability to generate melanin means she is stuck with unusual coloring in any of her forms - which is a dead giveaway. As such, she only has the advantage in specific situations, such as the enemy assuming she's only a Wolfdog.

Schrodinger's Being EX - A hybrid skill that is similar to both Independent Action and Independent Manifestation, in that Rahti can be anywhere at any 'time' without needing a Master. She is also technically not 'dead', but also not 'alive' due to not submitting to this reality's rules about time. Thus, the link between her and her Master is more of a formality (or a collar and leash), as she naturally wishes to be helpful to humans.

Personal Skills:

Traveller of the Angles B: As a member of the Hounds of Tindalos, Time and all permutations of it are her domains. This skill allows her to travel through any Angle that cannot be considered a curve, such as the angles where walls meet or a corner of a street if it is angled harshly enough. This skill also allows her to ignore Time-based skills or attacks, and be able to instantly 'smell' anyone who has been in or tampered with anything time-based. She is not as adept at travelling as an actual Hound would be, but it's decent enough.

Predatory Mimicry D: Rahti is able to change her appearance to any species as long as she has once consumed living tissue from them, appearing like the 'average female' of said species. However, given she cannot change her coloration, she will look like an albinistic version of said species. She also gains instinctive knowledge of how the species lives and acts.

Beast of Woods Beyond Knowledge and Time A: She naturally has an advantage over Magical Beasts and Animals (including humans), and gains an advantage when specifically 'hunting' those targets. When hunting, her Parameters go up by one rank, going into a state like Mad Enhancement but being able to keep her wits. A good analogy would be the keyed up state hunting dogs go into when on the hunt, but a well trained one able to listen to their owner's commands regardless.

Strange Morphology (Unranked) - Rahti has a singular core, in which she cannot be killed unless that core is cleaved. It is also not in any place that would be fatal for most beings (Head, chest, etc) and normally stays around the 'stomach' of her forms. This means she can regenerate from wounds that 'should be fatal' like being stabbed through the 'heart', having her 'head' cut off, and other things. Her blood is white and as caustic as lye, and also clots easily, and due to this she resists many poisons.

Noble Phantasm

Formless Hounds Beyond the Curve of Time: Loose the Pack of Tindalos EX | Anti-Unit, Anti-Company, Anti-Sanity

This is less a Noble Phantasm and more a Summoning of the Hounds of Tindalos - creeping in through any angle sharp enough in smoke and vaguely canid forms, long hollow tongues at the ready to fight for their fellow pack member. Upon activation, up to 10 Hounds will come through, depending on the mana capacity of her Master. The Hounds can stick around after activation, as the only mana needed for the Noble Phantasm is so Rahti can make an instant pathway for the Hounds to follow.

They possess the same ability to travel through angles and will follow Rahti's commands to them - they will ignore the Master.

The Hounds are able to inject poison into their victims, which liquifies the inner organs - then decapitate the victim and suck up the resulting slurry through their tongues. They also possess claws and fangs, though their tongues are their main method of attack.

Anyone (including the Master) that sees them must make a sanity check, as they have an inherent sanity drain on any living being at a human's level of intelligence, beyond those with Mad Enhancement or Insanity. Those with higher Mana, Luck, or Magic Resistance have an advantage against the Sanity Drain.

TL:DR

Essentially, think of Rahti like a gimmick unit in a strategy game, or an Assassin in Fate terms (just the Foreigner version). She's not that strong in a head to head fight against souped up heroes, her Noble Phantasm can be actively detrimental to everyone (including her allies) in an area, and has zero resistance to magic, but she's excellent at taking out humans and catching foes off guard, is extremely durable, has really good endurance, is difficult to kill and her Noble Phantasm has the capacity to be absolutely devastating in the right circumstances.
